Email us at team@thesongtoast.com with your request and we will let you know! We will try our best to make any changes happen. If the artist has already started recording this may not be possible.

Your song will be sent to your inbox 7 days after the date of purchase. If you have chosen Express Delivery, we will have it to you 4 days after the date of purchase.

Your song order will be delivered to your email. The email will include a link to your personalized song page that will include a downloadable mp3.

Your song is personalized just for you! We cannot use your personalized song for anyone else and the artist needs to be compensated for their time. This means there will be no refunds. If you would like to cancel your order please email us at team@thesongtoast.com as soon as possible. If the artist has not started on your song yet, we will issue a refund minus a 30% service and processing fee. We guarantee these aspects of your Song Toast song: Quality recording Song is the ordered length Lyrics contain your requests to the best of our ability with chosen song length Name pronunciation is guaranteed if you supply the phonetic spelling If your song doesn’t meet the Song Toast guarantee, email us at team@thesongtoast.com within 5 days and we will fix it at no additional cost. If your desired revisions are changes based on music taste, we will have to charge a fee to compensate the artist for their time. We will not roast anyone based on their race/color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or political affliaton. We will leave those entanglements to the professional comedians. Please make sure your recipient has a sense of humor. That could be awkward. We reserve the right to decline any job we feel is over the line. A full refund will be issued if we refuse your song request.
